NutriPetDog app is aimed at dog owners and pet professionals who are willing to know the nutritional needs of their pets. It allows the choice of the most suitable feed among the range managed by the user, based exclusively on the nutritional profile (Metabolizable Energy calculated by NRC-2006 and Protein), and calculates the quantity to be supplied daily. A correct diet is the first step for good health.

NutriPetDog has been prepared following the nutritional recommendations for pets, published by different international entities such as:

Federation Européenne de l´Industrie des Aliments pour Animaux Familiers (FEDIAF): Nutritional Guidelines, September 2014.
The National Research Council (NRC-2006). Nutrient Requirements of Dogs and Nutrient Requirements of Cats.
Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). Dog Food Nutrient Profiles. Proposed revisions edited per Comments for 2014 Official Publication.

Please read these terms and conditions of NutriPetDog application carefully. If you continue, we will consider that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions, from the moment of use.

The service does not provide either veterinary or nutritionist professional services . There is no technical or veterinary relationship, veterinarian-pet.

NutriPetDog is not intended to replace either the consultation with your veterinarian or the technical personal relationship with your pet that is established in a veterinary consultation. If your dog is afflicted with a metabolic disease, please ask your vet about the most suitable diet.

All the information given by NutriPetDog is provided for educational or informational purposes. The purpose of the application is only to help you to take the best decisions for a good diet, health and good lifestyle of your pet, based exclusively on the information provided by you.

Before following any information or suggestion, or accepting any challenge provided on this site and/or in case of doubt please check it with your veterinarian or pet’s nutritionist.

The nutritional suggestions provided on this site are based exclusively on the information given by the user in NutriPetDog app.

NutriPetDog and its team will not be held responsible for the quality and efficiency of the products and services provided by the companies advertised on NutriPetDog site.

NutriPetDog and its team will not be held responsible for the decisions taken unilaterally by the user regarding the dietary prescription for dogs with metabolic disorder that requires advice and/or intervention of a veterinarian.

The nutritional suggestions provided on this site are based exclusively on the information given by the user at the moment of registering the Nutritional Profile of the pet, inside the site; NutriPetDog and its team will not be held responsible if the product sold on this site and/or the diet provided on it is not effective or causes any damage on the pet.

NutriPetDog reserves the right to deny admission and use for any reason, including some medical issues provided by the users of this site.

Requirements to use the service: Be older than 18 years of age, agree to these conditions of use and do not have a veterinary contraindication for the planned changes in alimentary habits for your pet.

Privacy Policy
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of certain information about you and your pet, as set forth in the application. The use of the personal data collected is beyond the scope of NutriPetDog, being an external company responsible for the Privacy Policy in force at the time of using such information. Likewise you hereby confirm that you have been informed of the rights we possess according to the Personal Data Protection Act on the company that manages the user’s data and password: The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Suite 5000; Atlanta, GA 30308 USA, (Mailchimp). NutriPetDog is committed to protecting the privacy of the User’s personal information obtained from the website, applications, social networks or events. You hereby authorize NutriPetDog to send you notifications and/or emails with information related to the object of the application. May we remind you that you as owner of the personal data have the right to know, update, modify and if it were the case, revoke the subscription before acceptance. If you do not wish to receive promotional email messages from NutriPetDog, other requests or issues, please let us know by emailing us at info@nutripetdog.com. This will exclude you from receiving emails in the future. Likewise we wish to inform you that the personal data provided by you will be included and managed in an electronic database in order to deal with the commercial relations with NutriPetDog, through its holding company Agroalimentaria Manchega de Biotecnología, SL, its subsidiaries and associated corporate groups, as well as future campaigns and special offers or discounts of all its products. NutriPetDog under its privacy and security policy, shall not provide information to anyone other than the owners or authorities prior to an official or judicial order.

User Information; password protection.
In connection with the use of certain Services you may be required to complete a registration form. You acknowledge and guarantee that all the user information given in the registration form or related in another way to the use of the services will be current, complete and accurate, and you shall update the information when necessary to keep it complete and accurate through your personal profile. You will be asked to give a username and a password in relation to the use of certain services. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are not allowed to use the account, username or password of any another User. You agree to notify NutriPetDog immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, username or password. NutriPetDog shall not be held responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of the use of your password by third parties, whether or not you are aware of it. NutriPetDog is not responsible consumption data by the user while using the application.

License
In compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NutriPetDog hereby grants you a non exclusive license, non-sublicensable, revocable and non-transferable to use the Services on the website or by downloading and installing our applications from App Store and Google Play. The services are for personal use, not commercial. The services, including the website and the apps, or any part of them, cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, modified, sold, resold, distributed, visited or used for commercial purposes without express consent from NutriPetDog. Unless defined otherwise herein, this Agreement does not grant you any rights in or for the intellectual property of NutriPetDog or any third party. The license granted herein is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement, your rights shall automatically terminate according to this section. When you access the services through the applications that were downloaded from app stores or app distribution platforms, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, (the “apps Provider”), you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement was held between you and us, and not between you and the apps Provider and that we are the solely responsible for the Applications.

Third party advertisements
NutriPetDog offers third parties the possibility of advertising on its site and gives them a place for it. If you are interested in advertising on our site please contact us at the email address or phone specified in the Terms and Conditions herein and we shall provide you with further information. NutriPetDog reserves the right to accept the advertisers of its site. NutriPetDog shall not be responsible for advertisements posted by third parties on its site if they were misleading or failed to comply with the applicable and governing law.

Blog
“Public Forum” is considered any area, site or feature offered as part of the Services (including without limitation public profiles, discussion forums, message boards, blogs, chat rooms, emails or instant messaging features) that enables you (a) to upload, submit, post, display, perform, distribute and/or view user Content, and/or (b) to communicate, share or exchange user Content with other users or visitors. You acknowledge that Public Forms and features contained therein, are for public and not private communications. You further acknowledge that anything you upload, submit, post, transmit, communicate, share or exchange by means of any Public Forum may be viewed on the internet by the general public, and therefore, you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission or posting. You are, and shall remain, solely responsible for the user Content you upload, submit, post, transmit, communicate, share or exchange by means of any Public Forum and for the consequences of submitting or posting the same. NutriPetDog, disclaims any perceived, implied or actual duty to monitor public forums and specifically disclaims any responsibility for information provided thereon.

Email communications from NutriPetDog.
In providing the Services, you may receive periodic email communications from NutriPetDog regarding the Services, such as new product offers and information regarding the Services, which are part of the Services and which you cannot opt out of receiving. You will also receive periodic promotions and other offers or materials that this app believes might be of interest for your pet. You can opt out of receiving these promotional messages at any time by (a) following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each message; or (b) by changing the messaging preferences in your account.

Personal information security
NutriPetDog implemented and maintains reasonable security procedures and practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, modifications, destruction or disclosure. However, despite our efforts, no security measure is ever perfect or impenetrable and no data transmission system can be guaranteed against any intervention or misuse. However if you have a corporate program of NutriPetDog, the company which paid for the licenses will have access to the user information. In the event that your personal information is compromised as a result of a security breach, NutriPetDog will promptly notify you if your personal information has been compromised as required by applicable law.

Intellectual property
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the app and all its intellectual property rights, and they will remain so, are property of NutriPetDog. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that the source and object code of the Applications and the format, directories, queries, algorithms, structure and organization of the Applications are the intellectual property and proprietary and confidential information of NutriPetDog and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, you are not granted any intellectual property rights in or for the Applications by implication, estoppel or other legal theory, and all rights in and for the Applications not expressly granted in this Agreement are hereby reserved and retained by NutriPetDog.
